If youre passionate about delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects and want to be rewarded for your impact, this is the role for you.The Electrical Project Manager Role:Youll lead the end-to-end delivery of electrical projects ranging from £100k to £1.5M, ensuring seamless execution from design through to handover. Working closely with our Contracts Directors and Senior Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include:Managing multiple CAT A & B fit-out projectsOverseeing budgets and profitability with support from the finance teamClient liaison and progress meetingsReviewing design and tender documentationManaging stage 3 & 4 design submissions with CAD and design teamsProducing technical submittals and project reportsAttending internal review and planning meetingsWhats in It for You?Competitive salaryUncapped quarterly bonus based on individual project profitsTeam performance bonus paid quarterlyOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial projectsSupportive, collaborative team cultureCareer development with a company that values talent and resultsSkills & Experience:Were looking for someone with strong leadership and technical experience who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment;Minimum 3 years as an Electrical PM or Senior Site SupervisorBackground in Design & Build commercial office fit-outsProven experience delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong electrical design knowledge, including lighting designRequired QualificationsBS7671:2018 18th EditionECS Gold or Black CardC&G NVQ3 or higherHNC in Electrical or Building Services (preferred but not essential)Location & TravelOur office is based 4 miles southeast of Tunbridge Wells, at the Kent/East Sussex border.
