Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including care proceedings, contact disputes, and divorceRepresent clients in court, liaising with counsel and other professionals as requiredProvide expert legal advice with sensitivity and professionalismMaintain accurate, timely records using case management systemsContribute to the firms supportive and collaborative working culture

Requirements:Qualified Solicitor with experience in family lawMembership of the Law Societys Children Panel is highly desirableStrong advocacy and communication skillsAbility to work independently while being a team playerCommitment to client care and professional integrity
