We are proud of our reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and customer service.The Opportunity:As a Field Service Coffee Engineer, youll be the face of our brand, providing first-class technical support to a diverse customer base. Your role will involve the installation, servicing, and repair of a range of cutting-edge coffee machines. Whether performing routine maintenance or resolving urgent breakdowns, your work will help ensure our customers enjoy the perfect coffee experience, every time.Youll also take ownership of your vehicle stock and plan your workload to meet KPIs, all while working independently in the field with full support from our technical team.What Were Looking For:We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with hands-on experience working with coffee machines this is essential for the role.
