The Role: Are you ready to make a significant impact in our Weymouth support centre? As a Finance Assistant, youll excel in a dynamic hybrid working environment. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring smooth financial operations by accurately registering all invoices and matching them to purchase orders or approvals, ensuring our suppliers are paid on time. WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

• Process incoming invoices with precision
• Review captured data for consistency with invoice images
• Match invoices to the correct purchase orders
• Ensure all invoices receive necessary approvals
• Address supplier and approver queries efficiently
• Provide holiday and sickness cover in transaction processing areas
• Handle filing and general administrative duties
