Are you a motivated, detail-oriented finance professional ready to take the next step in your career? If so, wed love to hear from you. Were looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Financial Reporting and Business Partnering team, with a focus on Repairs and Maintenance.

In this role, youll work closely with colleagues across the wider Finance team, contributing to high-quality, accurate, and timely financial reporting. Youll be involved in everything from annual statutory financial statements to monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Your insights will play a key role in helping us monitor and improve financial performance.

Were looking for someone with experience working in a finance team outside of practice, and while housing sector knowledge is a bonus, its not essential. Youll either be fully qualified or actively working towards your ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent. What really matters is that youre proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Youll take pride in your attention to detail and have a continuous improvement mindset—always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes.

As part of our team, youll be central to delivering the financial insights that drive smarter decision-making across the organisation. Were constantly looking to improve how we work, and your ideas and initiative will be welcomed and valued.

Youll be working from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether thats at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
