The Role: The primary purpose of this new role is twofold, firstly to support recent graduates of the University with career planning and decision making within a timescale that will help to influence the Graduate Outcomes Survey and therefore support the Careers and Employability Services (CES) aim to deliver a key Strategic Imperative namely, to rapidly improve graduate employment. The role is also to work closely with a caseload of identified unemployed and underemployed recent graduates of the University in order to support their applications to existing graduate roles, some of which CES staff are working to fill and to support the Universitys Access and Participation Plan going forward. This is a fixed term contract to 16 June 2026 (or earlier return of the substantive postholder) for a period of maternity cover.
