Were hiring Help Desk Support Executives to join a fast-growing tech business thats transforming how organisations manage their workforce. With a strong product roadmap, rapid customer growth, and a clear focus on service excellence, this is a great opportunity to kickstart or accelerate your support career.
Youll be part of a friendly, high-performing Help Desk Team delivering 1st Line Support (and potentially some 2nd Line) across both a Chatbot and core platform. With hands-on training, career progression, and the chance to build technical depth over time, this is a fantastic move for someone whos smart, ambitious, and ready to grow.
What youll do:
- Deliver 1st Line Support across Chatbot and platform, resolving a wide range of user queries
- Escalate technical issues as needed and work closely with the wider support and development teams
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge base improvements
- Provide friendly, responsive, and effective support to our growing customer base
- Learn our product inside out and grow your technical skills through mentoring and exposure
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, support, or a help desk role
- A strong communicator with a helpful, people-first attitude
- Someone with the curiosity and aptitude to learn technical systems
- Organised, reliable, and keen to work in a fast-moving environment
- A dynamic and ambitious mindset—youll have the opportunity to progress quickly
