```Job Overview```We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our lovely team as a Host. As a Host, you will be the first face guests see as they enter the establishment and will be the first port of call for any questions and issues. Shifts will vary between hosting on our brunches, serving as part of our wait-staff team, or hosting for Capones Speakeasy.

```Duties```- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus- Talk guests through the bottomless brunch experience with us, or through the serving system downstairs in our speakeasy- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns- Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiments- Monitor front-of-house areas for cleanliness and promptly address any issues- Process payments and cash handling accurately on the till-Report any concerns or guest complaints to a Manager

```Qualifications```- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Professional demeanor when handling questions- Familiarity with restaurant operations and basic food and drink handling procedures

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 9 per week
