This is a standaloneHR & Payroll Managerrole supporting a headcount of c85 which will report directly into the Finance Manager. Our client is open to both part-time and full-time hours across 5 days. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and Payroll and be responsible for the following:Organising and maintaining employee records such as offer letters and contracts of employmentn

Management of the full employee lifecyclen

Supporting managers with employee relations issues such as sickness absence and disciplinariesn

Running end to end payroll using Sage and collating timesheets for salaries and hourly paid employeesn

Supporting line managers with recruitmentn

Ensure company policies are followed and revised as necessaryn

Create and present reports on HR MetricsBenefits as a HR & Payroll Specialist include:n
