What Youll Do:Lead and mentor the engineering team, maintaining high standards across all project phasesTake ownership of complex fault-finding, programming, and system commissioningOversee snagging, system testing, and client handoversLiaise with on-site trades, identify challenges early, and ensure smooth project executionConduct physical site surveys and service visitsOccasionally support on installation work and showroom product testingCollaborate with the Technical Director on system design (optional)Be available during occasional out-of-hours emergencies-flexibility goes both ways?
