Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will be the first point of contact with potential customers.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team- Research and identify potential clients through various channels- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and gather relevant information- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads- Follow up with leads and quotes to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets

Skills:- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is preferred- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent time management and organizational skills
