What Youll Be Doing We have a big vision for Housing Services where we will work deep within our neighbourhoods and communities to improve our services with people who use and rely on them. And, now we are looking for two Leasehold Service Officers who share our vision where everyone in Camden should have a place they call home, with no one sleeping on the streets.
Join our dedicated team of Leasehold Service Officers in delivering exceptional, resident-centred services to Camdens 9,800 leaseholders. Reporting to the Leasehold Services Team Leader, youll engage in a diverse and fulfilling workload, including processing Right to Buy applications, sub-letting, and lease extension requests. Your role will also involve providing comprehensive advice and support to leaseholders, ensuring they receive the guidance they need to navigate their housing journey. Together, we aim to enhance the leaseholder experience and foster a strong sense of community in Camden.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
