What we are looking for:An individual who is caring and patient and has a compassionate nature

That you are able to hold meaningful conversations with our residents

An individual who works to the highest standard ensuring the presentation of a luxury care home

Do you have the following?:A wide range of maintenance skills, including proficiency in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, decorating and garden maintenance

Attention to detail to present the home and grounds in excellent condition Strong organisational, communication and time management skills with the ability to work under pressureA full and clean driving licence in order to drive the home mini-bus and car

The knowledge and skills to provide training in emergency procedures

The skills and experience to carry out regular checks, inspections and risk assessments

The ability to assist with the movement and assembly of furniture
