About UsFounded by two brothers in 2011, The Coffee House was born from a passion for creating a premium coffee shop experience that transforms the way people eat, drink and relax within their local community.

We take pride in remaining an independent chain, roasting all our coffee in-house and baking and preparing our products at our central facilities in Warrington, delivering fresh to our stores daily.

As we work towards reaching 40 stores by the end of 2025, were excited to grow our team and are looking for a Marketing Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking. Role Overview:

As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring smooth operations across various tasks. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing online orders, and coordinating marketing materials to support our stores. With a strong focus on communication, organisation, and problem-solving, youll help ensure that the marketing efforts align with our business goals while delivering excellent customer service. Your ability to multitask, address challenges effectively, and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude will be essential in this fast-paced, dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries such as lost property and complaints for all of our stores via phone, social media, website, and Google Business reviews.
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and informative responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Handle difficult conversations and respond to negativity professionally and positively.
  • Monitor reviews across platforms and follow up with internal teams to ensure concerns are addressed. Look for recurring comments or issues and escalate as necessary.

Order Management:

  • Manage and process online retail orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
  • Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatching of online orders from the website, maintaining high standards.
  • Offer marketing admin support to stores, distributing marketing collateral as needed. - Sending POS (point-of-sale) and marketing materials to stores as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic online platforms and order management systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effectively manage difficult situations and resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on finding positive solutions.
