Operating for two years, they are expanding rapidly with new homes in development. The Regional Clinical Lead Nurse will: Implement the clinical quality strategy within the region. Conduct audits, practice observations, and care plan reviews to maintain high standards.

Monitor clinical risk indicators and support homes in reducing risks. Assist homes in preparing for CQC and local authority inspections. Drive improvements through lessons learned from incidents and complaints.

Extensive experience in clinical leadership within a care home setting. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, health & safety, and safeguarding. Excellent auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and influence multiple teams effectively. Confidence in coaching and developing others. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services.
