Sales Support

Are you a hard working & self-driven individual? With a previous successful career in sales in both B2B & B2C, then look no further than below. We are a home improvements company based in the Cotswolds looking for a certain individual who is target driven and excited by the potential bonus earnings available.

You will need to be able to work in a team based in our head office in Evesham with strong communication skills both written & verbal. Your computer skills will need to be excellent in both Microsoft office & using our in-house quoting software.

Key Responsibilities for Sales and Lead Management Specialist:

· Follow up on new and existing leads attended by sales managers.

· Build rapport with potential and existing clients via both email and telephone.

· Follow up on outstanding quotations with potential customers, ensuring the sales process is followed 100% of the time.

· Produce detailed and personalised quotations via company software using information provided by sales managers.

Lead Pipeline Management

· Monitor and manage the sales pipeline (A,B,C) to ensure accurate management & detailed analysis for internal use.

· Work in conjunction with the sales team to forecast and plan for future sales opportunities coming into the business to reach company budget figures.

· Highly focused on pipeline conversion.

Administrative Support:

  • Work closely with sales managers to provide an administration support function (quotes & follow ups)
  • Process accepted jobs by inputting correct & up to date info into the CRM system for customer care to complete their stage of the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring figures are inputted correctly into individual costing sheets using Microsoft Excel.

Client Interaction & management:

· Communicate professionally with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

· Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

· Account management and dealing/upselling to existing customers - future work - testimonials etc

Team work:

· Report to the sales manager daily on progress and outstanding quotations.

· Provide support to customer care during staff holidays or sickness if necessary.

· Be a team player, contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

· Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.

· Proficiency in company software and/or willingness to learn.

· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

· Ability to work without supervision and be proactive as well as reactive.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

· Highly motivated with a proactive approach to lead management and sales support.

· Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and work with team members.

· Proactive and a willingness to succeed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
