Protect our customers property, people, and assets by providing security services according to the sites Assignment Instructions (AIs). Deliver results that meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators/Service Level Agreement. Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.

Main Duties

Operations

• Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager.
• Complete tasks and duties on site as defined within the AIs.
• Review AIs regularly to suggest improvements.
• Obtain and wear a front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision, and a CCTV PSS SIA Licence.
• Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements.
• Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
• Must be able to drive and work both nights and days.

Training

• Complete all required competency training.
• Undertake additional training for self-development.
• Use technology for key work objectives and professional development.
• Renew your licence 16 weeks before expiry.

Security and Health & Safety

• Report any Health & Safety hazards immediately.
• Stay alert to threats or changes in the work environment.
• Use initiative in threatening situations.
• Maintain professional conduct with challenging customers.
• Complete detailed notebook entries after incidents.
• Ensure check calls are carried out as per AIs.
• Call emergency services and Communication Centre to report incidents.

What we are looking for

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• SC Clearance desirable
