SIA Door Supervisor

Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (minimum)

Have the highest standards of customer care skills and the ability to present themselves in an extremely professional manner

Good observation skills, remaining alert to any potential issues

Have a calm, assertive manner, to diffuse potential conflict situations

Be able to make decisions in high pressure situations

Be very flexible and available to work unsocial hours including nights, weekends, day

Be well presented and smart

Have excellent timekeeping skills

Be able to communicate well with others and work as part of a team

Must be comfortable dealing with general public

Must be comfortable dealing with intoxicated guests

Previous experience is preferred

Must be comfortable in a pub/bar/club environment

Must be comfortable in establishments that sell alcohol

Plenty of shifts

PAYE scheme
