About The JobGeneral Ledger Management: Record all financial transactions in the general ledger accurately and promptly, ensuring proper classification and codingn

Generate and manage Purchase OrdersnAccounts Receivable and Payable: (Pleo)Process and track invoices, payments, and receipts. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors to ensure timely collections/paymentsn

Bank/Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations to match financial records with bank statements, identifying and resolving any discrepanciesn

Cashflow: Daily updating of the cashflow to revise the projected cash positionn

Management Accounts: Prepare and generate monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsn

Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reports, verifying receipts and adherence to company policies.n

Process VAT ReturnsnPayroll Assistance: Collaborate with our payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll processingn

Record Maintenance: Organise and maintain financial records and documentation in a systematic and accessible mannern

Budgeting Support: Collaborate with the Finance Director in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing financial insights as needed IdealExperienceACCA, CIMA, ACA qualified or equivalent with 3+ years post qualified experiencen

Demonstrable experience of adding value on a daily basis.n

Start-up experience is preferred, but not essential.n

Well rounded and confident in all aspects of accountingn

Own month end from start to finish • Experience of early stage start-upsn

Knowledge of using cloud-based accounting software, such as Xero and ApprovalMaxnA self starter, proactive with a can-do approach to work
