Stevensons is the UKs largest independent school uniform and sportswear provider, proudly serving over 550 schools nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Advisors to join our expanding Customer Service Team for the busy summer period.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our valued customers through multiple communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Managing administrative tasks, including refunds and bespoke requests
  • Providing timely, accurate, and friendly support across all business units
  • Ensuring a seamless customer experience, fostering loyalty and repeat business

This is a dynamic, customer-focused role where your communication skills and attention to detail will shine.

About You

Were looking for individuals who are:

  • Confident communicators with a professional and friendly manner, even in challenging situations
  • Experienced - ideally with previous contact centre experience and familiarity with handling complaints and resolving issues
  • Tech-savvy - experience using multichannel communication platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable
  • Team players - reliable, collaborative, and results-driven, working to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and our company

Contract Type: Temporary

Hours: Minimum14 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 35 hours

Working Days: Up to 5 days between Monday and Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: £8.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 35 per week
