Trainee Accountant

This role offers a structured development path, beginning with 9 months in Financial Reporting, followed by 9 months in FP&A. From there, you will continue to grow and gain exposure across both commercial and technical finance, all within a highly supportive and ambitious team. Initial Responsibilities Posting purchase invoices into Sage and obtaining relevant authorisation Processing partner expense claims Resolving purchase ledger queries Setting up weekly payment runs Daily bank reconciliations Monthly credit card statement reconciliations Ad hoc finance queries Progression into Commercial & FP&A Responsibilities Perform weekly sales, marketing, and business planning forecasts Provide weekly P&L forecasts to monitor financial performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights Conduct strategic analysis and build financial models for long-term planning Analyse financial data to identify areas for process improvement and value creation Financial assessment of new partner opportunities Prepare timely and accurate partner commission statements Ensure commercial data accuracy across internal systems Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders Main Benefits: Full study support Bonus for every exam passed Exposure to both Financial Reporting and FP&A Hybrid working model Ideal Candidate: 12-18 months experience in a finance role Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn Able to work at pace and manage competing priorities Strong Excel skills 📩 To apply, or for more information, please send your CV to .
