Lead Salesforce Developer/Solution ArchitectSalesforce Financial Services Cloud | London | Hybrid
We're working with a leading financial services organisation embarking on one of its most significant customer technology transformations. As part of a major investment in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, we're looking for an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer/Solution Architect to take ownership of the technical direction of a brand-new enterprise Salesforce platform.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the architecture of a business-critical platform from the ground up, working alongside senior technology leaders and a specialist delivery partner before taking full ownership of the platform and its long-term roadmap.

The RoleYou'll be responsible for defining the technical architecture, development standards and engineering approach for an enterprise Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation supporting the full client life cycle. Working closely with Product, Enterprise Architecture and delivery teams, you'll ensure solutions are scalable, secure, high‑performing and aligned with Salesforce best practice while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence across the platform.
