About the Role

As a Team Leader in our Voluntary Arrangements Team, youll lead a group of colleagues who provide vital support to clients during challenging financial times. Your focus will be on creating a positive, motivated team environment where everyone understands their goals, feels supported, and is equipped to deliver excellent client service.

Youll act as a role model for the charitys values, offering guidance, coaching and feedback to help colleagues develop their skills and confidence. You will support the team daytoday, ensure quality standards are met, and respond to more complex queries or issues as they arise.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading, motivating, and developing a growing and dynamic team that delivers exceptional client service.
