Reporting directly to the Organisation Development and Employee Engagement Manager, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to enhancing organisational success.
About you
- Proven experience in an Organisation Development or similar role, including designing and implementing engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies, HR practices, and change management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
- Experience in report writing and data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- CIPD membership or relevant HR/Organisation Development qualification would be advantageous
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver strategies to improve organisational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Create and facilitate tailored training programmes, workshops, and innovative learning initiatives
- Support change management projects and process enhancements within the organisation
- Lead on employee wellbeing and engagement activities, including survey design, analysis, and action planning
- Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and broader workforce development programmes
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to successfully implement organisational development strategies
