We are looking for a highly effective individual to join our Revenues & Benefits Team. You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue & Benefits and be responsible for the Benefits Assessment Team Responsibilities:Lead & Manage the Benefit TeamAssessment of Homelessness Claims & Supported accommodationStaff appraisals & professional developmentTo assist with training to support end users ensuring they use key systems correctly and effectively, maintaining data quality.Generate & action reportsProduce monthly returns to DWP Requirements:IT literate and proficient in the use of MS Office as well as other systems and applicationsStrong team-leading skills and willing to support colleagues and contribute to collective problem solving and creative thinking.Highly organised and methodical with the ability to multi-taskMinimum 5 years current / recent experience of working in Housing BenefitsThis role is based at Ebley Mill.
