Description: About Active Lifestyles Dursley Active Lifestyles, Dursley, is a small leisure facility situated in the centre of Dursley Town. The centre comprises of a 25metre swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, indoor cycling and fitness studio. We are looking to recruit casual NPLQ trained Recreation Officers to join our team. Job summary As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all customers using the swimming pool and associated aquatic facilities. You will provide continuous pool supervision, respond effectively to emergencies, and ensure all activities operate in accordance with the centre's Normal Operating Procedures (NOP) and Emergency Action Plan (EAP). You will be expected to maintain high standards of poolside presentation and cleanliness, conduct regular safety checks, monitor water quality as required, and deliver excellent customer service to all users.
