Belfast | £28,000-£32,000 DOE | Clear Career Progression
I'm delighted to be partnering with a highly respected specialist litigation team to recruit a Paralegal into its established Hearing Loss & Industrial Disease department.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Paralegal looking to build a long-term career in claimant litigation. If you're looking to move beyond a traditional support role and develop into managing your own caseload, this opportunity offers the training, mentoring and progression to help you achieve that.
You'll join a recognised team of specialists with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding results for clients affected by occupational hearing loss and industrial disease. Working alongside experienced litigators, you'll receive ongoing mentoring, structured development and exposure to complex, meaningful work that genuinely changes people's lives.
Working closely with experienced solicitors, you'll support the progression of hearing loss and industrial disease claims from instruction through to resolution while developing your own technical knowledge and litigation skills.
As your experience grows, you'll be given increasing responsibility with a clear pathway towards independently managing your own caseload.
