We are looking for a driven, curious sales professional who lives for finding opportunities and smashing targets. Youll open doors across the EHS market, spark highvalue conversations and show senior stakeholders exactly how Reactecs tech can transform the way organisations manage risk.

Youll be responsible for driving new business, developing key accounts, and supporting our expansion into new European markets. You will:

  • Win new business and build strategic relationships with EHS, operational and commercial leaders.
  • Run standout demonstrations and trials that clearly show how Reactec technology transforms risk insight and operational decision making.
  • Develop key accounts, maximising adoption and longterm commercial value.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
  • Drive multistakeholder engagement and guide customers through trials and evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Youll be responsible for driving new business, developing key accounts, and supporting our expansion into new European markets. You will:

  • Win new business and build strategic relationships with EHS, operational and commercial leaders.
  • Run standout demonstrations and trials that clearly show how Reactec technology transforms risk insight and operational decision making.
  • Develop key accounts, maximising adoption and longterm commercial value.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent activity.
  • Drive multistakeholder engagement and guide customers through trials and evaluations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience selling into the EHS market or related industries such as Construction, Manufacturing or Aviation, with a focus on hitting revenue targets.
  • Confident selling technical, dataled solutions and clearly communicating commercial value.
  • Experience managing fullcycle sales activity, from discovery through to close, against quota.
  • Comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders, including operational, H&S and commercial decision makers.
  • Highly targetdriven, resilient and commercially focused, motivated by pipeline growth and deal closure.
