About the Role The successful candidate who will report to the Wider Accounting Team and will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties... Assist in the preparation and submission of periodic tax reporting to relevant tax authorities Support the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Contribute to the preparation of financial information in line with internal reporting requirements Ensure all reporting deadlines are met in accordance with regulatory and internal timetables Perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness Assist with tax-related journal postings and statutory accounting requirements Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support reporting and compliance processes Essential Criteria Studying (Or planning to) ACCA or CIMA Qualification (Study Support will be provided) Experience working in a FMCG or Tax Enviroment environment (desirable) Good IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word and Outlook (Experience with Excel Desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
