Executive Salary plus benefits such as:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.15pm | Friday 8am - 1pm
Vickerstock are exclusively working in partnership with a leading NI manufacturing business to recruit a Head of Process Improvement for their multi-site operation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a senior leadership role particularly focused on engineering performance, manufacturing efficiency, OEE improvement, asset reliability, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement across a large-scale production environment employing 140+ staff.
The successful candidate will lead all engineering, maintenance, technical services, and operational engineering activities across the business while driving improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), uptime, throughput, preventative maintenance, and manufacturing performance.
