The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their clinical psychology experience within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. Working under the supervision of qualified psychological practitioners, you will provide psychological assessments, contribute to evidence-based interventions, support staff experiencing mental health difficulties, and play a key role in service development, research and evaluation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments using interviews, questionnaires and standardised assessment tools.
  • Support the formulation and delivery of psychological interventions under the supervision of qualified psychologists.
  • Assess fitness for work and provide recommendations on workplace adjustments and return-to-work plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes using validated clinical measures.
  • Assist in developing self-help resources, psychological skills training and well being initiatives.
  • Contribute to service audits, research projects, data collection and service improvement activities.
  • Prepare clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service planning and development.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Psychology recognised by the British Psychological Society (or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health or psychological well being needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and report-writing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and analysing data.
  • A genuine interest in occupational health, staff well being and evidence-based psychological practice.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
