This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hotelier to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel. Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London u2013 Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Cafu00e9 Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the worldu2019s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Working in close collaboration with Bartenders, you will ensure that every service moment is supported by immaculate preparation, organisation, and attention to detailu2014enabling an elevated and effortless guest experience. Your responsibilities will include performing the following duties with discretion, precision, and professionalism: Retrieving beverage and operational supplies from storerooms, verifying stock accurately against requisitions Preparing the bar ahead of service by cutting, slicing, and peeling fresh garnishes; mixing juices; and storing backu2011up supplies in approved containers Supporting Bartenders by stocking and replenishing all bar essentials, including glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, paper products, condiments, straws, and stirrers Transporting taps, changing beer kegs, and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service Maintaining immaculate cleanliness and organisation across all bar areas, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage spaces Ensuring full compliance with federal, state, local, and company hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times **What are we looking for?** A Barback within Hiltonu2019s luxury brands consistently works in the best interests of our Guests while collaborating seamlessly with fellow Team Members.
