What You'll Be Doing
As the go-to person at our Worcester flagship branch, you'll lead a fantastic team of 26 people and manage a fleet of 4 HGVs. This fast-paced, rewarding role puts you right in the action with our team, which includes a Benchmarx kitchen crew and a full tool hire operation.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring the branch stays profitable and runs like clockwork. You'll drive our success by smashing sales targets, boosting profit, and ensuring the team delivers top-notch service, with safety at the heart of everything. This is a high-sales-volume branch, and we are looking for a commercial leader to manage and grow our significant revenue streams. You will also work closely with the regional directors to coordinate sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing, yard operations, and drive overall branch efficiency.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm, with two Saturdays every 4 weeks (8:00 am - 12:00 pm). Enjoy your weekends off!
