As Building Fabric Services Manager, youll lead from the frontensuring our buildings are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards, while supporting the continued development of one of the UKs largest and most vibrant single-site campuses. What youll do Lead and develop a skilled multi-trade maintenance team Manage reactive and planned maintenance programmes (PPM) Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards are met Oversee contractors and project delivery Manage budgets and drive efficient service delivery Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders What were looking for Proven experience managing fabric maintenance teams Strong knowledge of building maintenance and compliance Experience overseeing contractors and budgets Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Relevant construction qualification (Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent) If this role sound of interest, wed love to hear from you.
