Role Overview
This role sits within the Trade Surveillance Technology function, supporting the design, enhancement, and delivery of surveillance platforms that underpin TP ICAP's market conduct and regulatory obligations.
The Business Analyst will act as a critical interface between Compliance, Front Office, and Technology, translating regulatory requirements and surveillance use cases into scalable technology solutions. The position offers exposure to complex trade and communication surveillance frameworks across multiple asset classes, with scope to contribute to strategic platform evolution, data quality improvements, and control uplift initiatives.
