About The Team & Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commissioning Manager to lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of Gloucestershires Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, alongside supporting wider commissioned services.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring that high-quality holiday provision is delivered to children and young people, particularly those eligible for free school meals, enabling access to enriching activities and nutritious food. You will use data, insight and stakeholder engagement to drive effective commissioning, robust contract management, and strong outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • 25.5 days annual leave rising to 30.5 days after 5 years continuous service
