\nWhere will I be working?
\nYou will form part of a team, providing 24 hour support to one our services users, with complex needs, learning disability and physical disability.
\nThe Support Worker role is varied and the team is committed to enabling people to live a full life. The nature of people’s needs can extend to fully supporting people with all aspects of daily living; personal care, cooking, medication, cleaning and budgeting, to enabling people to go shopping, access employment and education, attending regular social events, with the people we support encouraged to try new experiences. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible.
\nStaff will empower people to have a wide range of experiences and to get the best out of all that they do to enjoy life.
\nWe use a digital social care record system, to support daily recording, which will make your day-to-day tasks easier and allows you to spend more time with the People We Support.
\nShift Patterns
\nThis is a 24 hour service, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:00am to 2:00/3:00pm and 2:00/3:00 pm to 9:00/10:00pm, sleep ins or waking nights, some weekends.
\nPlease note that the shifts may vary.
