Job Title: MEP Contracts Manager - (High-Volume Residential)
Location: London
Salary: £70,000 - £110,000+ (DOE)
We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing MEP contractor entering an exciting phase of restructure and expansion. The business has a strong reputation for delivering large-scale residential developments across London and offers a forward-thinking, collaborative, and down-to-earth working environment.
The RoleThis is a senior leadership position with full operational and commercial responsibility for a portfolio of major residential MEP projects. The role requires an individual from a strong MEP background who is comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and has delivered high‑rise, high‑volume residential schemes — typically 1,000+ units. You will work closely with senior leadership while playing a key role in driving performance, improving operations, and supporting the company's continued growth.
