Property Maintenance Apprentice
Salary: 8 per hour - 16,640 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Fixed-term contract for 27 months for completion of the apprenticeship.
Location: Ipswich.
Start date: September 2026
As part of the apprenticeship programme, you will be required to attend college in Bury St Edmunds one day per week. Please note that travel costs to and from college are the responsibility of the apprentice and are not covered by Orwell.

Working alongside experienced Multi-Skilled Craftsperson, you'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised qualification in Property Maintenance Operative Level 2.

Please note that if you already hold a Level 3 or higher qualification in carpentry or plumbing, you won't be eligible for this apprenticeship.
