Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role in Kendal for a Domestic Abuse Refuge Worker. The role involves supporting individuals in crisis by providing a safe and comfortable environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting residents with their needs, conducting risk and needs assessments, developing individualized support plans, maintaining records, and helping facilitate access to external support services.
