The Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll spearhead the discovery, development, and closing of transformative opportunities with the largest enterprise accounts and their vast supply chains. In this crucial role, you'll drive both our growth and market expansion while playing a key part in accelerating global emissions reduction. This role demands someone with relentless drive and determination who wakes up energised by the prospect of turning ambitious sustainability goals into closed deals. This position operates on a hybrid work model that fosters both teamwork and individual flexibility, with 3 days per week in our Cambridge office. Exceptional London-based candidates will be considered with a 2-day per week office requirement. The Work You'll Do Lead the entire sales process from prospect qualification to deal closure, working alongside the founder and commercial team. You'll conduct needs analysis, develop tailored solutions, write compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with enterprise clients Drive prospecting and pipeline development by identifying and qualifying potential enterprise clients. You'll build a robust sales pipeline and develop strategic account plans that align with target customer segments and business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts, including C-level executives, Heads of Sustainability, and Heads of Procurement. You'll establish yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their business challenges and can articulate how Neutreeno delivers value Own sales forecasting and performance tracking, accurately predicting sales outcomes, monitoring key metrics, and providing regular reports to management. You'll use data to identify trends, optimise your approach, and demonstrate the impact of your sales efforts Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine and improve sales processes based on real-world learnings. You'll also work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure customer needs and feedback directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategy The Minimum Qualifications You’ll Need Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience (5 years preferred) with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise sales Proven ability to close complex, technical deals and negotiate contracts with enterprise clients Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a large pipeline and prioritise effectively across multiple deals Proficiency in CRM tools, forecasting, and sales enablement tools You have outstanding collaboration skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology or similar sales qualification frameworks Builder's mentality with eagerness to roll up your sleeves to help build and scale the sales function from the ground up Preferred Qualifications Experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series A), with a preference for those who have been part of an early sales team and thrive in fast-moving environments Passion for sustainability and an understanding of the decarbonisation landscape Previous climate tech experience is a plus What We Offer Compensations & Benefits: £100,000 - £140,000 OTE £50,000 - £70,000 base pay dependent on your skills, qualifications and experience.
