Package & Benefits
Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role
You will oversee three Extra Care schemes across Blackburn and Darwen, ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance and effective service performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and developing care teams
Managing staffing levels and workforce planning
Maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention
Building positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
Monitoring performance and driving service improvement
Managing budgets and operational performance
About You
To be successful in this Extra Care Scheme Manager role, you will have:
Management experience within Extra Care, domiciliary care, supported living or community care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
Experience leading teams and managing service performance
Good commercial awareness and organisational skills
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
