We're hiring at our dedicated gluten free bakery in Chalgrove!
A bit about us
White Rabbit Pizza specialises in making and producing gluten free pizzas from scratch.

Unit 25/26, Monument Park, Chalgrove, OX44 7RW
What you will be doing
· Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes and batch sizes for gluten-free products.
· Operate and clean production machinery and equipment, ensuring all components are sanitized and properly maintained.
· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a gluten-free environment.
· Monitor product quality throughout the production process, checking for contamination and adherence to specifications.
· Perform quality control checks on final products before packaging.
· Assemble and package finished goods, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to company standards.
· Keep the production area clean, organized, and always sanitized to prevent cross-contamination.
· Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Assist in the receipt and storage of raw materials and ingredients.
· Document all production activities and report any deviations or issues to the production supervisor.
· Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets and maintain efficient workflow.
Training will be provided for all positions and procedures.
Shift timings
Evening: 2:30pm - 10.30pm
Night: 10:30pm – 6.30am
Pay
Evening - £12.97 per hour
Night - £13.97 per hour
