Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Owner with a strong military aviation background, ideally a former or current flight or tactics/weapon instructor, to lead the development of an advanced air tactical training platform within our simulation product ecosystem. This platform is designed to support military pilot training through ultimate-fidelity, game engine-powered simulators that replicate real-world tactical air operations.
You will act as the central point of contact between instructors (our end users), internal development teams, and key stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with training needs and operational demands. Your aviation experience will be essential in shaping realistic, effective training scenarios and driving development priorities that reflect actual pilot workflows.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time non-exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
