Are you a positive, solutions-focused professional with a passion for preventing homelessness and reducing reoffending?
If youre driven by supporting meaningful change for people involved in the criminal justice system, this could be the ideal role for you.
As a Housing Interventions Officer, youll be based primarily at HMP Parc, working side-by-side with Probation resettlement colleagues and directly with men in custody and on release. Occasional travel to HMP Cardiff, Swansea, Usk or Prescoed may be required depending on service need.
Youll deliver housing-focused interventions that prevent homelessness, improve access to accommodation and support successful resettlement into the community.
