At Linamar Light Metals Belfast, we work in partnership with our customers (FORD, STELLANTIS, JAGUAR LAND ROVER and GESTAMP) to develop and manufacture automotive components, specialising in cylinder heads, electric drive housings and structural components. Production Team Manager (PTM/26/1)
Reporting to the relevant Business Unit Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a shift team in order to meet safety, quality and production targets within demanding timescales and cost parameters, while ensuring the correct standards of behaviour from the team.

Our production team managers are contracted for up to 42.5 hours per week depending upon the specific role. We operate across a variety of shift patterns including day shift and continental shift. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss shift patterns in further detail at interview.
