Role Overview

Are you goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As a Field Sales Executive at firmus energy, youll be part of a new team thats all about hitting targets and growing together. If you have experience in Field sales, Direct Sales, or another target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door sales calls to current and prospective customers.
  • Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager
  • Deliver a strong sales pitch to gain a customers interest
  • Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
  • Represent firmus energy in a professional manner

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum 12 months in sales. Desirably in the field.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Experience in selling to a diverse customer base.
  • Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results.
  • Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday between 10am 8pm
