We are currently recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team based at Hinch Cafe. This is a great opportunity to join a world leading facilities management company. Working Pattern: 40 Hours Per Week Days and hours will be based on event schedule Some evenings and weekend work required Rewards: 33 days annual leave (pro rata) Company Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program to support your health & wellbeing Financial Education/Financial wellbeing advisory service Full induction and mandatory training programme Internal and external employee reward programmes Company Events The Role: Assist in managing all food and beverage operations across events, weddings, corporate functions, and retail outlets. Support event planning, logistics, setup, service execution, and post-event review. Maintain appropriate staffing levels and liaise with management as needed. Meet all hospitality requests with expected service standards Support operations across multiple venues Build and maintain strong working relationships with venue teams and key stakeholders. Understanding of HACCP regulations and food hygiene requirements. Familiarity with stock control and purchasing processes. Knowledge of hospitality standards and function arrangements. Awareness of customer service best practices Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, licensing, and health regulations Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and product quality. Uphold company procedures and operational standards across all sites. The Person: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Food & Beverage Manager or Supervisory role. Proven experience managing F&B operations within busy hospitality or event environments. Confident team leader with strong communication and staff development skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Knowledgeable in food safety, health & safety legislation/ allergen management. Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to assist in understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
