General Builder / Multi Trader - Self-Employed

£200 per day (CIS) / Immediate Start / Surrey based

Our client is looking to hire 2 x skilled and reliable General Builder's/ Multi Trader's to join their team. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for individuals who are confident working independently, take pride in their craft, and can deliver high-quality results across different trades.

You will be working on a range of projects across Surrey, including occupied residential properties, so professionalism, strong communication skills, and a tidy working approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general building, plumbing, and multi-trade works to a high standard.
• Work independently, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, especially in occupied properties.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Travel to different sites within Surrey using your own van.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years' plumbing experience and 5 years' general building experience.
• Qualifications: UTR (CIS registered).
• Driving: Full UK driving licence and own van (cars/trucks not suitable).
• Location: Must live in Surrey.
• Skills & Qualities:
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Honest, hardworking, and punctual.
• Good interpersonal skills and tidy appearance.
• Pride in quality workmanship.

What's on offer

Location: Covering Surrey (Must live locally)

Employment Type: Full-time, Self-Employed (UTR/CIS)

Pay Rate: £200.00 per day (less CIS tax)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts

Start Date: Immediate
