We are currently recruiting for a Groundskeeper to join our team! Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces to a high standard. This is a full-time role suited to someone with strong horticultural knowledge who enjoys hands-on, outdoor work and takes pride in well-kept grounds. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled gardener who is reliable, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a small team. Key Responsibilities: Lawn care including grass cutting, edging, hedge trimming, and pruning Planting, turfing, seeding, and soil preparation General garden and grounds maintenance throughout the year Use and care of powered hand tools and light gardening equipment Maintaining the overall appearance and presentation of outdoor areas Ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety requirements Working cooperatively with others when required What Were looking For: At least 1 year of hands-on gardening / grounds maintenance experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work safely and follow health & safety procedures Eligibility to work in the UK Desirable Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Horticulture (or higher) Experience maintaining parks, open spaces or sports facilities Ability to operate light plant or ride-on machinery If you are reliable, hardworking and passionate about maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces, we would love to hear from you.
